Mid-album tracks such as One More Heartbeat and This Little Light Was Enough focus on endurance in its smallest forms — one breath, one day at a time. Later, More Of You widens the lens with a tender ballad written from the perspective of an unseen guardian urging a bullied girl not to give up.
