“When I heard how infectious the original was,” shared David James, “I had to play the song myself and see what would come out. It’s almost like sweating out a cold, but it’s enjoyable! Men and women get ghosted in this modern dating scene all the time, which makes this song super relatable. While I was singing it, though, I had to make the smallest of lyrical changes to account for the guys out there getting left in the dust.”
