Los Angeles-based Love Ghost and Mexican artist Ardis have joined forces to create “TWOSIDES,” a haunting alternative rock track that delves into the concept of human duality. This collaboration, produced by Ervin River (known for his work with Gera MX and Jayrick), seamlessly blends English and Spanish lyrics to explore the light and dark aspects within each individual.
“TWOSIDES” poses the introspective question, “Who are you when no one is watching?” The song’s dark, dreamy atmosphere serves as a sonic canvas for examining the complexities of the human psyche.
This release follows a string of successful singles from Love Ghost, which have garnered praise from notable publications including Rolling Stone, Clash, American Songwriter, FLAUNT, Alternative Press, Lyrical Lemonade, Earmilk, Playboy, and Grita Fuerte.
Love Ghost’s recent European tour included a performance at the Rockpalast festival, broadcast throughout Germany. In Mexico City, they’ve graced stages at Auditorio BB, Indie Foro Rocks, Salón Moctezuma, Trap House, and Amazon’s Gamergy Festival, reaching audiences across Latin America.
The band’s collaborative spirit has led to partnerships with artists worldwide, including Rico Nasty, Camidoh, Adan Cruz, Teeam Revolver, Geassassin, Mabiland, and Tankurt Manas. Love Ghost’s frontman, Finnegan Bell, is currently in Mexico, writing and recording with various Latin artists such as Wiplash, Dan Garcia, Ritorukai, Go Golden Junk, ND Kobi, FLVCKKA, Phyzh Eye, Josue, Young Dupe, Blnko, and Helian Evans.
Their ongoing projects in Mexico involve collaborations with producers like Shantra (known for Santa Fe Klan’s latest album), BrunOG (Latin Grammy nominee), and SAGA. Fans can anticipate more releases this year, including a full album with Marilyn Manson’s guitarist and producer Tim Skold, commissioned by Metropolis Records.
