Detchiss Expands His Artistic Journey With “Ennemi”

Detchiss, the stage name of Yann Loïck Dethissambou, is a French-Congolese singer, songwriter, and performer born on February 28, 1995, in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo.

He spent part of his childhood in Congo before relocating to France in 2007, where he began developing his musical identity. It was there that he started writing his own lyrics and performing on stage alongside his brother, laying the foundation for his artistic path.

Beyond music, Detchiss is also committed to social impact. He co-founded the U2F association, “L’Union Fait la Force” (Union Makes Strength), with the aim of connecting music and humanitarian work through a “Rap/Humanitarian” concept. His early project Au-delà du Réel gained local success, followed by continued involvement in concerts and youth workshops.

Influenced by artists such as 2Pac and Exo Éclat, Detchiss continues to promote themes of solidarity, peace, and unity through his music.

His latest single, “Ennemi,” produced by F&H Production, marks a significant step in his artistic evolution. The track blends emotional depth with personal affirmation, reflecting a more mature and refined direction in his sound.

In “Ennemi,” Detchiss explores themes of betrayal, loyalty, and inner strength. The production carries a dark and elegant tone, supporting his incisive writing and controlled delivery. The result is a track that highlights the contrast between vulnerability and resilience.

This release follows earlier work such as “Sans rancune,” continuing a creative path shaped by introspection and growth. “Ennemi” reinforces his commitment to building a coherent and deeply human body of work.
