Fiona Amaka takes a different approach on “Love That Fills My World (Acoustic Version),” transforming one of her live rock tracks into an orchestral folk release shaped by strings, atmosphere, and emotional warmth. Recorded in London with producer and session guitarist Andy Zanini, the song introduces a softer and more experimental side to the London-based singer-songwriter’s sound.
Known in its original form as a full-band rock track with extended guitar-driven moments, “Love That Fills My World” now arrives with violin, cello, and a more stripped-down arrangement that completely changes the song’s mood. The acoustic version moves between folk, blues, rock, and classical influences, creating a sound that is difficult to place in a single category while remaining cohesive.
Andy Zanini’s classical background played a strong role in shaping the arrangement, helping guide the orchestral direction of the release. Rather than recreating the original track, Fiona Amaka chose to reshape it entirely, leaning into a more cinematic and reflective tone while preserving the emotion at the center of the song.
The release has already sparked strong reactions online. Since sharing clips of the track and video across social media, Fiona has seen growing engagement and a wave of new listeners responding to the sound and visual direction of the project. The music video, filmed at the London Wetland and Wildlife Trust Centre, adds another layer to the release with natural scenery that complements the song’s calm and immersive atmosphere.
Fiona Amaka continues to build a sound that blends soulful vocals with elements of indie rock, folk, and blues. Influenced by artists such as Stevie Nicks and Smashing Pumpkins, her music often moves between heavier guitar-driven tracks and more intimate songwriting. Recent releases, including “No Daylight,” “Cowards and Shadows,” “Honesty (Psalm 139),” and “Desert Flower” have highlighted that range while steadily growing her audience.
With “Love That Fills My World (Acoustic Version),” Fiona Amaka steps further into experimentation while staying connected to the emotional honesty that runs through her music.
