Audience Attention Management the management firm founded by Jonah chukwu Orji in 2018 plans to become a major powerhouse in entertainment in Nigeria/Africa & Globally in the next 5 years & have plans extending its reach beyond music to sports, television, film, and all manner of visual content.
Its staff now numbers is still 5 employees plans to grow it staff in the near future.

Audience Attention Management is taking a new approach to management that’s more full service. They offer Talent management, Artist Development, creative department, they also have a social impact arm, called the Jonah Chukwu Orji Foundation which is going to resume full operations this 2021.

In the end , it’s really about great art as much as it is about strong management. “If it’s really good, it will rise to the top,” he says. “Obviously, you have to pivot your strategies & plans but at the core has to be great art that you really are passionate about and believe in.”
