Love Ghost teams up with Mexican artist Yung Dupe to deliver a powerful new single titled “Time Travel.” This alternative/trap/emo song delves into themes of trauma, redemption, and the unforeseen consequences of revisiting the past.

“Time Travel” tells the story of a troubled girl’s desire to travel back in time to absolve herself from trauma and demons. However, in the process, her demons enter the life of Love Ghost, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy. Produced by Mexico’s Shantra (known for his work with Santa Fe Klan, Piso 21, and many others), the track seamlessly blends emotional lyrics with mesmerizing beats, creating a captivating sonic experience.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Love Ghost, following a string of successful single releases praised by Rolling Stone, Clash, American Songwriter, FLAUNT, Alternative Press, Lyrical Lemonade, Earmilk, and many others. Love Ghost’s recent European tour, including performances at the Rockpalast festival broadcast throughout Germany, has further solidified their growing international presence.

In Mexico City, Love Ghost has graced the stages of Auditorio BB, Indie Foro Rocks, and Amazon’s Gamergy Festival, captivating audiences across Latin America. Their commitment to global collaboration is evident in their work with artists such as Rico Nasty, Adan Cruz, Team Revolver, Geassassin, Mabiland, and Tankurt Manas.

Finnegan Bell of Love Ghost is currently in Mexico, collaborating with a diverse range of Latin artists, including Wiplash, Dan Garcia, Ritorukai, Go Golden Junk, ND Kobi, FLVCKKA, Phyzh Eye, Josue, Young Dupe, Blnko, Helian Evans, and many others. Producers such as Shantra, BrunOG (a Latin Grammy nominee), and SAGA are contributing to Love Ghost’s upcoming projects, including the highly anticipated single “Dopeman” featuring Ghanaian Afrobeat artist Camidoh.

“Time Travel” is just the beginning of Love Ghost’s musical journey in 2024, with an entire album produced by Marilyn Manson’s guitarist and producer Tim Skold, commissioned by Metropolis Records, set for release later this year.
