Ghanaian Ace rapper Obrafour has emphatically stated that no artiste in the music industry can ever beat him at his game, not even Sarkodie who is busily promoting the former’s Pae Mu Ka @ 20 concert.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he agrees new artistes in the industry are good lyricists but he believes in himself and the works he has done throughout the years.

His comment comes after some industry persons said Obrafour’s endorsement of Sarkodie and handing over his “crown” killed the former’s career.
Obrafour told Andy Dosty that his praise for Sarkodie has never taken anything from his career.
“Where are the likes of R Kelly now? Definitely as a musician definitely you would exit and some would have to take over. That is okay,” he stated.
Obrafour admitted that there are more young artistes doing great works and they need to be acknowledged.
“So you would always have to look out for those you think can get there, and extend a hand, and that is what I did,” he added.
Regardless of the existence of new acts, Obrafour believes it is only right he hones his craft and branch out to other aspects of music to benefit his career especially when he gets to an age he cannot rap as much as he wants to.
He has been acknowledged as one of the country’s best hiplife artiste. His debut album ‘Pae Mu Ka’, according to many, was the first collection of hiplife work that was very relatable to many.
