Patoranking redeemed himself in a short exchange with a Twitter user who challenged the musician to extend his charitable acts to his roots.
The award-winning Nigerian dancehall artist in partnership with the African Leadership University (ALU) recently announced a scholarship program that is aimed at sponsoring 10 students.
With a tuition fee pegged at $15,000 annually, Patoranking is expected to pay a total of $45,000 for 3 years, which will fully cover education and accommodation expenses for the selected beneficiaries.
Patoranking’s benevolence, however, appears not to sit well with one tweeter who has advised him to help folks from his home town before targeting the continent.
In what seemed like an epic clap back to the follower, Patoranking asserted that he’s currently taking 150 kids from his village through school, ranging from primary to university level.
Patoranking further asked his critic to shut up and observe his actions.
