For You Brother Revives a Legacy With New Album “Don’t You Want Me”

Rock duo For You Brother returns with their new album “Don’t You Want Me,” released on March 16, 2026. The project reimagines songs written over the past 25 years, blending classic rock roots with a more modern sound.

Based in Aiken, South Carolina, the duo consists of Azoghn on vocals and Jon Dash on guitar. Their music carries a strong sense of identity, shaped by years of songwriting and performance. This album stands as both a creative refresh and a tribute to their longtime collaborator Deep, whose influence continues to guide their work.

Recorded entirely at their home studio, known as Dizzle Land, the album reflects a hands-on and detailed approach to production. Each track builds from the ground up, with guitar-driven foundations layered with vocals and instrumentation. The process allows the duo to maintain control over their sound while keeping the emotion intact.

“Don’t You Want Me” showcases a mix of styles within rock and pop rock. Tracks like the title song and “Lady” highlight the album’s range, combining raw emotion with a polished finish. The performances feel direct and sincere, staying true to the duo’s core message of playing from the heart.

The project is part of a larger catalog, with over 150 songs written and ready to be explored. This release marks a key step in bringing that body of work to a wider audience, presenting both nostalgia and evolution in one collection.

Looking ahead, For You Brother is preparing for live performances with the Jimi Bennett Band. These upcoming shows are expected to bring the album’s energy to the stage, offering fans a deeper connection to the music.

With “Don’t You Want Me,” For You Brother delivers a project built on experience, passion, and authenticity. The album reflects years of dedication, offering a sound that resonates with listeners while staying grounded in honest expression.
