South Africa is once again celebrating the great news that one of it’s talented artists has reached another milestone and has been acknowledged internationally.
groove-africa.com.za earlier learnt that Anatii, alongside Wizkid and Beyoncé, scooped an award at the Soul Train Awards which was held last night.
The awards celebrated and acknowledged the talents of black people in the entertainment industry. Amongst the winners, Anatii shone as one of the songwriters of Beyoncé’s single, Brown Skin Girl. The song featured on her album, The Gift.
Three months ago, groove-africa.com.za reported that Mzansi fans have commended and praised music producer and rapper, Anatii, who has composed two songs on Beyoncé’s new The Gift album.
The rapper, Anatii, has always played a low-key type of person with big moves in the entertainment industry. The results have shocked all South Africans.
According to SA Hip Hop magazine, Beyoncé dropped her highly-anticipated album, The Gift, which is from the Disney film, The Lion King.
The album is Africa’s pride and joy, as it features more than 10 African artists such as WizKid, Shatta Wale,Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy, Yemi Alade and Mr Eazi.
